The session combines a short expert lecture (available online and on-site in Toruń) on generational characteristics and communication styles with a hands-on active listening exercise, followed by guided reflection. The workshop (available only on-site in Toruń and Kuopio) concludes with an international exchange of insights, where participants share what they found about listening and reflect on the difference between simply hearing someone and actively listening.
