Akademia YUFE

Seria bezpłatnych otwartych wykładów i warsztatów organizowanych w trybie online i stacjonarnie przez uczelnie zrzeszone w YUFE. Spotkania są skierowane do lokalnych społeczności, w tym młodzieży uczącej się oraz osób studiujących i pracujących na uniwersytetach. Do you want your students to gain practical experience while supporting the community? Start an NCU YUFE Help Desk!

This is a space where, under your guidance, students can assist local residents, organise workshops, and promote science, responding to real needs in the community.

University-Community Engagement Training

Want to learn why social engagement is crucial to a university’s mission and why YUFE supports it? Join the online University-Community Engagement for Staff training.

This training develops competencies in initiating social actions, collaborating with organizations, and building partnerships, strengthening the university’s role in the socio-economic environment.

YUFE Community Engagement Network

The international YUFE Community Engagement Network facilitates joint actions, knowledge exchange, and best practices, as well as implementing the model of reverse knowledge transfer – from society to academia.

The pilot edition of the project, implemented by NCU and nine other YUFE universities, focuses on forced migration topics. Participants can include:

🔹 Employees and volunteers from organizations supporting migrants

🔹 Local government representatives

🔹 Journalists covering migration topics

🔹 Students and researchers interested in the subject

YUFE Friend Programme – "Mystery Friend"

Mystery Friend

is our version of the international YUFE Friend Programme, where local residents of YUFE cities and regions act as friends to international students and staff, helping them with acclimatization. At NCU, it’s a series of monthly integration meetings full of surprises. Each event offers a new challenge, an opportunity for intercultural exchange, and social education.
